Responsibilities
Basic Function:
Primary function will be to handle incoming Account Control phone calls regarding applications, fraud, Bankruptcy and Debt Management. In addition, representatives will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing pending fraud applications and maintaining the Bankruptcy and Deceased collection queues as well as Why Decline, Debt Management, Bankruptcy, Deceased and Fraud mail for Account Control in accordance with procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
